Privacy notice

What information AssureMesh receives through this website and product onboarding, why it is used, and how to ask questions or make a request.

Information we collect

Website inquiries

When you request a demo or contact us, AssureMesh receives the name, work email, company, and message you submit.

Website analytics

The public site uses Google Analytics. It may receive device, browser, approximate location, referral, page, and interaction information and may use cookies or similar identifiers. Browser controls and privacy tools can limit this collection.

Customer accounts

For invited users, AssureMesh processes account identity, tenant membership, role, authentication state, MFA configuration, session information, and audit events needed to provide and secure the service.

Network operations data

During an authorized evaluation or service, AssureMesh may process device inventory, telemetry, events, topology, incident evidence, configuration metadata, and customer-defined thresholds. Exact categories and deployment boundaries are documented during onboarding.

How information is used

  • Respond to inquiries and scope evaluations.
  • Provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
  • Detect abuse and investigate security events.
  • Measure website performance and content usefulness.
  • Comply with applicable obligations and customer agreements.

Sharing and subprocessors

AssureMesh does not sell personal information. Service providers may process limited information to host infrastructure, deliver email, provide analytics, or support contracted service functions. Current public subprocessor information is maintained on the Security page. A customer agreement may specify additional controls.

Retention

Inquiry data is retained while a business conversation is active and as needed for legitimate recordkeeping. Account, audit, telemetry, and incident retention depends on service configuration and contract. AssureMesh should not keep information longer than needed for its stated purpose, security, or legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with a website inquiry, subject to applicable legal and security limits. Customers should use their account administrator or contractual contact for service-data requests.

Security

AssureMesh applies technical and organizational controls intended to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Vulnerabilities can be reported through the published disclosure process.
